Exposing Opened Doors A Spiritual Warfare Lesson

God Almighty is the SOURCE of all wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.

He tells us at Jeremiah 33:3 to ask of him and he will show us great and unsearchable things.

Through a study of God's Word, and by the example set by Jesus Christ, I have been taught to address the core of issues and not the surface matter.

In this training (Psalm 144:1), the Holy Spirit opened the eyes of my understanding to see opened doors around us all, what opened them, how to close them, and the need to not just close the door but lock the door and how. Then He empowered me to be able to share this with others by supplying me with everything I needed (tools, understanding, and endurance) to be able to present this message in such a way that it could be understood.

For this, I thank God Almighty, our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, for His indescribable gift. (2 Corinthians
9:10-15)

This is just the beginning of our winning season in Christ, to the glory of God our Father.

Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to the power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen (Ephesians
3:20, 21)

EXODUS Today - Chosen and Prepared From Birth

This is a consideration of the first half of Exodus chapter 2.

So much stands out to me in this chapter.

First let me say that, in reading this account, it is so easy to think that the people already had God's Word, but they didn't at that time. They had not yet received their divine appointments from God. Yet, you can see from early on how they were being led into their destinies.

(I had to catch myself and correct myself in thinking that they were already walking in their callings, speaking of the Levites. They hadn't yet received the priesthood mantle from God, but it was coming soon. It was in their destiny. . )

Nevertheless, so much stands out to me in this chapter, such as the preparation that takes a place well before we enter into our callings.

This preparation starts back as far as our birth .

There are those who are assigned to assist in our preparation. The women play a huge role in this too.

For example, looking at Moses...

His mom...
Showed fearless love in hiding her son for 3 months during a time when the little boys were supposed to be killed at birth. She prepared him by protecting him until she could hide him no longer.

When it came time to release him into the protective care of another she prepared him by staying in prayer regarding the outcome.

This is an example we later see imitated by Moses himself, with the help of Aaron and Hur who helped him to keep his hands lifted in prayer in the mountaintop as Joshua went thru a battle in the valley.

Moses example teaches us that real battles are won when someone is in the mountaintop praying to the LORD for the battle's outcome.

Then there was Moses' sister...
Miriam was her brother's keeper. She fearlessly exposed herself, which could have been dangerous for her, so that Moses could receive the help he needed.

Her exposing herself enabled Moses to be returned to his mom during the impressionable years for further preparation thru training.

For Moses, the ability to be able to be raised by his birth mom was an important preparation  for his destiny.

Preparation starts at childbirth for walking into our destiny. It is the beginning of the journey.

What are we instilling into our children for their journey?

What was instilled into us?

As for me, my mom encouraged me to write. Everywhere we went for vacation, I had to write about it and draw pictures. Growing up I always desired to write a book. I just never knew what to write about.

Today, I am a self-published author, and my writings have been read in other countries. As I continue to walk this journey I will share more about my writings which can be found on Amazon, Smashwords, iTunes, and other outlets that offers paperback, ebook and audio books.

My husband had a similar experience in that from infancy he was taught to play piano. As a very young child, of 4 or 5 years of age, he was written about in a news article for his participation in a piano concert.

Today, music is still his life, having grown beyond the ivory keys to dealing with Billboard charts.

This is not just my story, or my husband's story. This is also your story.

How have your experiences in your youth influenced you, by means of preparing you, for your life and career choices?

How are you preparing others to walk in their destiny?

It's something to think about.

EXODUS Today - Our Journey Was Already Written

Since mid March I have been wanting to reread the book of Exodus, and finally I have sat down to it.

My journey begins here...
... And I am in awe of how much I feel like I am reading my life now.

My journey begins here...

I like rollercoaster rides.

The excitement begins before the ride even starts. The excitement comes from the building of anticipation as you walk the various twists and turns the line takes you thru to get you to the point of getting into the cab and strapping on your seatbelt or having the security bar to be placed securely over your shoulders to hold you in place.

Life has been just that for me - a rollercoaster ride. Life has been full of twists and turns bringing me to the place where I have got into the cab and been locked in - that moment where I've accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior and chosen to walk this journey by his side.

Strapped firmly in this Christian life, the journey has begun, and what do I see but God's Word being fulfilled left and right all around me.

Since mid-March, 2020, I have felt prompted to consider Exodus. Here we are in June, 2020, and I am finally here. What I see is amazing.

As I try to share how I see my life unfolding thru this story, I pray that this somehow unlocks for you also the amazing journey of deliverance and restoration that the Lord God Almighty had promised for us all.

May you find hope for the future in this story. May your faith in the promises of God be strengthened. And May you receive and increase in Joy as you watch how our Champion stands up for his people.

“Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment.I will take you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord.’” - Exodus 6:6-8 NIV
